Thursday the 30th of April

The 3 of Wands is the Lord of Established Strength. Yesterday was a day to focus on goodwill, and if you did that you were able to align yourself with the Sun. This card's decon is the Sun and has come to reward you and remind you to follow your own lead. Continue the conscious awareness of others. Find yourself within this new era of cognizance. Yesterday gave people some coping issues and spouts of rightousness, but hopefully that will spin into alignment with the Sun. The Gibbous moon phase is a magickal time, and a good time to get things accomplished. Work diligently toward your dreams today. Communication is on point and the three of wands ushers in "completion of labor." Finalize some things today. Keep pushing for your dreams, you might find yourself being rewarded. The 5th dimensional understanding is vibrant and the light is shining through many of us. Open your chest and your heart, ground your root chakras, and open your sacral chakra into alignment with the light. This card is connected at those second and third chakras, let them guide you today. The slit behind the wands is outer dimensions welcoming you into the light. They are celebrating all that you stand for and support your dreams. Push for equality and understanding amongst people and you will be that much closer to the next phase of your enlightenment.

Wednesday, April 29th

The astrology of the day is very partner oriented, as is this card. This card comes as a warning on many different levels. The pink cups represent our tissue, the insides of our mouths, and our gut feelings (intuition). Some of them are empty and others, once filled with crystalline waters, are filled with toxic waste. We must be careful about the words we speak to others, as well as the thoughts we think. Too much judgement placed on people turns your blood to poison. A lot of the cups are broken and falling apart. We must be careful with how we treat one another. We've entered a time of heightened emotions and stronger vibrations. There are more empaths walking the planet than before, and it's easier to tap into other people's feelings. It's great if you've been keeping your negative thoughts about others inside, but that's not good enough anymore. We must deprogram ourselves to think people need to live up to certain expectations. We each have a different destiny and a different way of expressing ourselves. It's not up to you to decide what is and is not appropriate. Remember, the person you're judging left their house feeling good about themselves. Let's keep it that way. Yesterday was the last day of the sun being in the Sabian symbol of "a volcanic eruption" so expect big emotional changes to be occurring. The sun entered the sign on the new moon, and the energy has been very firey ever since. We even had a literal volcanic eruption! It will be entering "a Red Cross nurse" today, so it's time for some healing to start. You're responsible for healing inside yourself. We must leave the negativity and harsh behaviors behind us as we move into the 5th dimension of being. It's all love and light there and we must take on those qualities. The 8 of Cups is here to remind you that everything you think lives on forever and cycles back around to you. Think of the 8 as the infinity symbol, because it is just turned on its side. Make love a priority.

Tuesday, April 28th

This is the number 15 card of the Major Arcana, the Devil. When you reduce the number 15 in numerology you get 6. (1+5=6) The number 6 represents many things, but my favorite is the 6th dimension. In the 6th dimension you'll find sacred geometry, Platonic solids, ancient wisdom, and plenty of light, for it lives amongst the Sirius stars. One of Lucifer's many nicknames is, Lightbringer.  As we enter the age of light and explore ours within ourselves, it's important to remember that when light shines upon the earth it creates shadows. The light within us casts shadows as well, and as important it is for us to ignite our flames, we must also walk in the darkness. There is no appreciation of good without the bad, and it's important to recognize your dark side and make peace within yourself. It's part of you and you're amazing! Our inner balance can only be achieved by ourselves. The Pluto retrograde and active Chiron are bringing up the past for us right now and we must balance it with our future. The two need to work together in order for you to feel peace within. When you align separate parts of yourself to become a new functioning unit life opens up to you. The phallic icon the goat stands on and the goat itself are symbolic figures reminding you that balance within plants the perfect seeds for a fertile future. I don't specifically mean fertility in its direct definition, but more of grabbing the bounty life has to offer you. Balancing yourself within and following your dreams are the theme of the second Renaissance and this card has come up to let you know they are all happening. Keep focusing on divine enlightenment and the sky is the limit. The third eye on the goat is open, just like yours. Lucifer fell from heaven because he couldn't walk amongst those people anymore, he wasn't like them and needed to be himself. It's important that you do the same.

Monday April 26th

The build up to the May full moon is going to be intense. The full moon itself will be expressive and active, so we must gather our energy and be strong. The Queen of Wands shows up to remind you that you have the ability to harness the power of the cosmos. There's a lot of energy circulating and you can keep some for yourself. Breathe it in and command it yours. It's that easy. You might need it in the weeks to come. The Queen knows what she wants and she knows how to get it. We must stay focused on what we want in order to get it. The fire suit of Wands is directly related to our morals and our Will. We must always live in a way that fulfills us and makes us happy. Something my mom always told me holds true today, treat others as you wish to be treated. This is a standard to live by if you want to keep joy above negativity in your life, and it's going to be a common thread until we reach the full moon. Because the moon will be void of course for most of the day, it's a good day to be lighthearted and free. Our Will is more active than usual. It's not a day to float along the stream of life. Today we're running with the current on the shore. We're having fun, but we have a specific destination. Be careful of making any firm decisions today, but be steadfast and strong in moving in a direction towards your goal. Today is a day to make progress, but not conclusions.

Sunday April 26th

This card is a big burst of energy from the 5th Dimension. This weekend were receiving information about how to help our lives and move forward in a BIG way. Our consciousness is getting an upgrade. We're to no longer simply just exist here in 3D, we must move up. If you've been reading my blog you know I talk about words and ideas coming down from the 4th dimension; now it's time to use this surplus of energy and rise into the 5th. The Pleiadans are the keepers of the 5th dimension, which is why there's so much guidance coming from them for us. Believing in our light and finding it within ourselves is important. This dimension is guided by light and the heart. That's why it's so important we follow our heart and fulfill our soul, these are ways we're going find enlightenment. This weekend, specifically today, is all about finding new ways to cope or move on, look above and into your light. There is so much energy in the air. You could find yourself with new opportunities for love, or creative projects, thanks to the Leo/Libra sextile. Some of you are in store for more new beginnings today! The Ace of any suit marks the start of something fresh and new. The Swords suit represents air, Libra, Aquarius, and Gemini. It's a spiritual day focused on the air. Find your breath today, feel your heart pumping the air through your blood. Do exercises that open your chest. We're working our way through a labyrinth to level up our consciousness. It's important to focus on your guides or Angels or whatever has meaning for you as a helper and deliverer of messages. The energy gets hot and testy tonight, so plant plenty of seeds of peace today, you might need them later. We're in the first quarter moon phase, which is perfect for taking action. It's a social day full of surprises, step out of your comfort zone, and be the person of your dreams.

Saturday April 25th

Today the moon comes out of its void and our emotions settle down a bit. Some of us could still be feeling the charged emotional effects from Pluto's interactions with the moon from yesterday, but it will be on a much smaller scale. Today is a day to channel the goddess Chinnamasta. She is in charge of opening and expanding our minds. Find your breath and soak up the air through your pores, not just your mouth/nose. Feel your crown begin to glow. We must take our intentions (that we've been focusing on for a couple weeks now, at least) and blend them with the lessons we've been learning. Art shows up when we must blend two parts of our lives or ourselves to birth forth something new. We're in the Second Renaissance and third eyes are opening all over the globe. We're growing universally and our auras are expanding towards the dodecahedron. Stretch your body today. Make plans for accomplishing things you've been meaning to do, but if friends pop up with an opportunity for fun, take it. The astrology of the day lends well for going with the flow. Art always wants to remind you stop grabbing onto rocks in your stream, get an inner tube, and float along. Once you've combined all of your knowledge and started to bring new light into your world, sit back. It's ok to kick up your feet and admire yourself, in fact, I encourage it! Be in love with what you're doing and youself, for you're the one getting it accomplished! Art comes up when balance is being restored and things begin to fall into place. Friday 4/24

Today is a day of reflection and planning. The moon will be void of course for a large portion of the day, so it's not a day for finalizing your plans, just for gathering and arranging. Yesterday was a big deal. What was at the end of the rainbow for you? What links were made for you yesterday? Think BIG. Think on a spiritual level, not on a mundane 3-dimensional level. Chiron brought forth teachings that will push our souls into experiences that will better our lives. We will grow stronger in wisdom and integrity while we connect events from yesterday with today. The Chariot comes forth to help us carry the load. We are to take the lessons from the past week, set them next to us in the seat, and mush forward. This card is about optimism. It comes forward to let us know that we are warriors and we can handle all of the ups and downs. It always comes at a time to let you know that the light at the end of the tunnel is approaching. You've been walking a hard road for a while, and the Chariot arrives to drive you the rest of the way. Breathe deeply today. Take a look at the past week. What events have occurred that you overlooked? Have you figured out how all of the information you've been given applies to your life? Do you know how to move forward? It's ok if you don't. The answers will come. Take the golden armor off of the driver. Put it on. Shut your eyes and take a few deep breathes until the armor becomes one with your skin. You are protected.

Thursday 4/23

We're amongst a major cosmic reset. When earth's energy recharged, this past new moon, it caused a huge burst of energy that is restoring all that was out of balance. It's causing a lot of emotional stress for some and good luck for others. This shift is bringing life back to its true form. These two cards represent the energy we need to make sure we're restoring or maintaining balance within ourselves. I have two cards here because one jumped while I was shuffling, which in this case, means that these two cards are partners. One card is a 6 and the other is a 9, together they represent the yin and yang within us, our inner balance. So while the earth is balancing out its power, we must balance out ours. That will help our lives flow freely. Today, Chiron is at its apex of cutting, wounding (see the 9 of swords) and healing, teaching (see the 6 of cups). We must use this to our advantage. It's a good day for meditating and receiving inner messages from on high. The Lord of Pleasure also represents the lovely Cancer moon we have in play today. Our current relationships broaden and strengthen, and there is a lovely balance being restored. Notice a key word for the day? BALANCE. Chiron is bringing the effects of "finding gold at the end of the rainbow" and it's time to picture what that means for you. Realistically imagine what your day would be like today if you had an infinite amount of money. Be realistic. What you imagine will put priorities in place for you. This is what you focus on. The activities you do when money doesn't matter are what inspires you. It's important to make these a priority in your life. We can't appreciate our happiness without a little bit (or a lot) of sadness, so take the down times as a lesson and grow. The last time I grew in a meditation, I had the earth in the palm of my hand, and then I ate it. How big can you grow?

WEDNESDAY THE 22nd

The Empress is always a welcoming card, and with the volcanic energy stirred up by the black moon we need it! There are a lot of big transits happening today. We can expect to see leadership changes, direct conversation, and a push forward. The Empress is the number three from the major arcana. Events will unfold even if you decide to take a step back today. Usually when she comes up there's a three-fold plan or job to do. She is nurturing and encouraging and wants your ideas to become reality. Picture your goals today as a triangle with your final outcome at the top. What are the two major things that have to happen to provide stability and understanding? What is the yin to your yang? Maybe the better question is, WHO is the yang to your yin? With Venus abound, it might be a good day to look and see how love can change your life. Add it to your plan and see what happens. The Empress is a big believer in having a loving nature. You can have it all. Start from loving and nurturing yourself within and then move outward. You might get new results. If that's been your plan all along, you'll get a big boost today. We're in the Sabian symbol "the music of the spheres" now and we must either dance along or find our instrument.

Tuesday, April 21st

We're still feeling the effects of the new moon phase. We're still in a state of beginnings. There was a lot of focused energy yesterday. New ideas were forming, sudden realizations were happening, and it was all very deliberate. The Universe comes up when we are mastering our lives. We are putting in work and effort to be what we've always dreamed we could be. The energy and astrology are teaming up to bring us manifestations and to help us clear our path. Some of us will be receiving clear information and making firm choices late into the week. We're raising our vibration to fulfill our soul's purpose. Many of us are completing a spiritual phase and becoming ready for the next, others are moving up in jobs, while many others are expanding their families. We're in a time that's overloaded with energy and some of us may need reminders that coping can be hard. It's ok if you suddenly need to cry for a while. Your body needs to let go of blockages in order for you to grow in wisdom. It's a good day to look at yourself and see what's you've collected for wisdom and experience. How much have you grown in the past year? What's next? What excites you? The only way to swirl around in the Universe amongst the stars is to do what excites you. Today's a day to take stock of what you've accumulated within and add to it what you want to attract. You want to attract more money? Be free with the money you have and money will freely come to you. Instead of thinking, "I wish I could give, but I'm broke too!", GIVE. What you give out comes back, every time. Maybe you're new here and you want to meet creative friends that like bikes. Be creative and enjoy the reason you like bikes and it will all come to you. Be your Universe.

MONDAY 4/20

Today is the beginning of our intentions becoming a reality. Throughout the week you'll start to feel a real increase of energy in your life. You should know the next steps that need to be taken or feel an increase in soul satisfaction. The Princess of Wands shows up, the day after the Prince!!, to remind you that you must release past fears, habits, emotional hold ups, and old patterns in general. In order to free yourself you must believe in and love yourself. (Are you beginning to see a pattern?) Harness that love for life you're looking for and use it! Strut your stuff! You are powerful and you're manifesting your desires!

Two successive court cards in a row leads me to bringing up our soul families. It's very important you identify who that is for you. You only want supportive people who let and encourage your light to grow in your life. You need to make a plan for getting rid of the haters, or for letting them influence your life less. Take control! It's your life, you're the only one living it. Keep that root chakra grounded today by taking sometime to be outside. We have earthy astrology in the air today, give it some time.

NEW EPOCH, SUNDAY 19th

There's A LOT to talk about, but I will try to make it as brief as possible. First, the new moon ushered in a new wave of consciousness. You will see people taking down walls and becoming more open as time progresses. You will see a return to balance. Old systems that bring people down will be disempowered. This is a mark in history, remember where you were yesterday. It will be a story for generations to come. The Pleiadans have come forth with several transmissions. They reside in the 7 star cluster of the Taurus constellation, and while the moon is in Taurus many more of us are open to their teachings. The Pleiadans work with an aspect of consciousness called light. Light is information that they communicate to us, through us and others. They have come forth to remind us that we have 12 stranded DNA, the whole history of the universe,inside of us. All of the information you need to know literally is inside of you. It's a part of the ascension process to unlock the mystery of these codes. They aren't here to teach us anything new. We need to unlock the answers ourselves. There is an acceleration of energy evolving. We are here to assist the collective consciousness by carrying the light frequency. We are celestial travelers of light and we need to channel our light through love and creativity. The Aries new moon came with a cosmic energy that's bringing us toward our goals and spiritual missions. Our root chakra is working over time today. Root yourself in light and self empowerment. NEW MOON IN ARIES SAT 18th

Here we are, the Aries New Moon. How do you feel? How was yesterday for you? Are you still feeling the emotional pulls that were happening? Any craziness still lurking? Let it all pass. Any intense emotions that are coming out of you right now are a result of Pluto in retrograde and the sweeping energy that's cleaning out our lives. They are all important to get through. Don't bother to ask why this is happening. It's happening to set you up for great success. The Sun and the Moon are interacting with no other aspects today. It's a day for rituals, initiations, and positive life changes. The Ace of Disks shows up at this time because it represents life cycles, and we're in a momentous one. It also represents the birth of new ideas, jobs, an input of funds, and new beginnings overall. Some of you may have already noticed new things popping up in your lives, maybe some of you have gotten a recent raise. If you haven't, don't worry, life hasn't forgotten you. We just aren't all on the same exact time line. Today the planet's energy gets reset. I like to do a couple of rituals on this occasion. First, burning representations of your past that you no longer want to take with you. Say you want to loose twenty pounds. Maybe burn the tags off of some of your clothes that fit you now, setting the intention to shrink in size. If you don't want to be hung up on an ex, burn a picture of them or something with their handwriting on it. After the burning, which can be lots of fun with friends, it's nice to follow it up with planting seeds. Prepare an area for growth, but before you put the seeds in the ground, hold them in between the palms of your hands. Say an intention. Like, I am going to be successful as an artist this year. After you say it out loud, or think it, blow your intention onto the seeds. Then you can watch your seeds and success grow together! It's also fun to write down your intentions and bury them. Whatever you think of is the right ritual for you, these are just examples.
The Ace of any suit is about marking the beginning of something important, and the first New Moon of the zodiac is about starting important journeys. The universe has big things planned for us as a social community. It's a time to embrace our power and take chances!

Friday April 17th

WOW. That's the first word I thought when I pulled this card for today. This is deep. The Hanged Person is within a boundless self learning process, while being bound. They're upside down and nailed into a number four. The number four represents the four seasons. This is card number 12, representing the 12 months in our calendar year. Think about your past. What did you learn from Mercury and Chiron yesterday? Many of us need to go deeply into our past to realize our true desired self. The astrology isn't particularly geared for self exploration today, but there's a lot of new moon magnetism happening. That creates a strong connection from your third eye to the heavens. More importantly, there's a chance that someone you know will guide you in some way, give you advice, or maybe tell you to do something. Sometimes we react negatively to these moments, but they're an opportunity for learning. Today is a good day to pay attention to what other people say to you. Our peers are feeling insight about the people around them, which includes us. The feelings of insight about others will happen to you too. You might have learned something life changing over the past month and run into someone who needs that exact info. Speak up! You might have the missing information someone needs to kickstart new ideas and help them on their soul path. The Hanged Person is all about surrender and sacrifice. Surrender to your environment, today it's your teacher.

Thursday April 16th

I've been hearing from many of you that you're realigning your lives, getting rid of people that aren't working, and being very careful of what energies you're letting into your space.  That is beautiful and amazing! Keep it up, there's still work to do. The moon will be void of course until 5 today, making it the perfect day for inner reflection. The High Priestess opens up your third eye and let's that energy flow through your body. She wants you to calm the space around you and really listen to your guides. With Saturn moving into Sagittarius later in the day, you're sure to receive some wise words about your future. Be thankful for what you have and be sure not to spend time wishing you had other things. We're in a very intense period of time where our thoughts will manifest back into our lives after the new moon. Stop wishing, wanting, hoping because your life will bring you nothing but more wishes, wants, and hopes. You need to think in an action-based way. I am doing this, this is me and this is what I do, I can't wait for this to happen, this IS happening and I am thankful. Those are all positive formats, and of course, there are many others. Keep embracing change. Now is not the time to let any new plans or ideas fizzle out. Keep pushing forward. We're still in the Sabian symbol of chipping away at the rock formation only to reveal ourselves as we've always dreamed. Keep chipping away at the rock, and keep working through the changes needed to get you to your dreams! Out with the old, in with the new. Out with the cold, and in with the spring. Again, if you can, take some time and really clear your mind today. It can help to shut your eyes and focus on your heartbeat. Focus in on your light and let it wash over your body. Don't think about bills or how you need more money. Think about your heartbeat and let your mind be free. If a path presents itself to you, walk it. You're meant to have your answers and they are all inside of you.

Wednesday April 15

The beginning of our day today might be a little rocky. The astrology isn't really on your side, and the Knight of Cups, or Lord of Waves, isn't helping. This card comes up to show contradictions, fluctuating feelings, and a highly intuitive nature. This is going to be a day of deep learning and understanding. As the Pisces moon forms several aspects in the cosmos, we start to feel a great moon influence. The moon brings out shadows and gives our world a new night appearance. It's a time to realize energy within yourself that might just be budding or to learn a new side to your soul family. The Lord of Waves is one with the ocean, pushing and pulling our lives. Some of the reflections and shadows learned today will hurt, but it won't be all bad. Everything you learn today will make you wiser. You're receptive right now, try to spend as much time away from gadgets and screens. It's going to be easier to tap into what's around you, take advantage!

Engaging Meditation

I've had some amazing adventures while meditating. I tend to tell them all to a best friend, and she suggested that I write them down. Since I've started doing that, my journeys have become more powerful and meaningful. If you're not currently keeping track of your enlightenment, I fully suggest you start. When I re read my journal all of my senses awaken, it's better than most spiritual books. Sometimes I don't have an hour or so to dedicate to meditation, so try to just ease my mind and find my spirit guides. I never get a straight forward answer to my question, but I always write it down. Now it feels like I'm developing my own personal code or guide to my customized enlightenment.

I recommend making your own journal. It's always best to make any mystical item, if you can. I do realize the very thought might make some of you never start a journal, and if you would rather buy one, you can. Making books happens to be something I like to do, but your book doesn't have to be elaborate. It can be as simple as folding some paper in half, you can staple or glue or leave it as is. You could even keep a folder of random pieces of paper you've written on. Any extra energy you can put into it, will make it feel that much more powerful.
When you read your journal, you'll begins to notice patterns and symbols. It could inspire you to change your path or give you answers you've had within you all along.

Tuesday April 14

The Emperor is a live and active card. Don't be afraid to take action! Just as the Empress takes on the qualities of the Moon,  the Emperor embodies the Sun. Early on in the day you can expect topics like leadership or adventure come up, but as the Sun sets you should focus your attention to other dimensions. The veil between layers is very thin now, which makes interdimensional communication much easier. The Emperor likes to remind you to always stay in touch with your guides. This card comes up when we are receptive to clear directives from other worlds or spirits.  Open your chest and breathe deeply, focus your questions on furthering your enlightenment. Everything else you need in life will fall into place.

MONDAY THE 13th

The countdown begins! We're officially starting to feel the upcoming new moon and it's intense! It's is going to be a heavy week. It's going to be full of ups and downs, we're going to feel pulled in many directions, relationships might be changing, along with many other effects. The planets are all over the place. The Lord of Completion wants to remind us to find a balance today and the rest of the week. Put systems into place that will help you think calmly and clearly. Taking deep breaths, stretching, drinking lots of water, and carrying crystals and stones are all easy ideas to keep positive energy flowing through you. When we're balanced and feeling good our energy flows through us without delay and we're able to make clear decisions that have positive effects. This card is basically the minor arcana version of the Universe. It shows all of the wands meeting together at the center and working smoothly and harmoniously in perfect rotation with one another. That imagery is a symbol for our optimal achievements. This is the final week before a major astrological event, it's time to get rid of what you don't need, fix what's broken, or move on. It's time to focus on how to make all of the pieces of our lives meet together in a perfect circle rotation. We're finding our soul families now, we're contributing to our souls purpose, and we're ready for higher consciousness. A day ruled by the Sun is a day to rejoice! It might take a little while to feel excited today, being that the moon is void of course until 1:45PM, but that's not a big deal. The weather is going to be beautiful and our tests and trials are over! (For most of us, sorry!) Yesterday Pluto went into retrograde. One of the major themes occurring in our lives when this happens is the shedding of what we no longer need. Pluto teamed with a waning moon makes for a strong sense of renewal. The Empress wants you to focus on the love in your life. Think about everything that you have that you love, those are the things that stick around. Whatever didn't make your list needs to go. This is just another exercise preparing you for the upcoming spiritual Renaissance. It is no coincidence that these astrological aspects are occurring at the same time. To access your divine self you must focus on unconditional love, and that means loving yourself as well. Anything that is standing in the way must go, without excuses. The Empress is our loving goddess. She is there to comfort and nourish in time of need, but that's not why she's here today. She's here to help guide you into making choices that rebuild anything that's broken, to make healthy living choices, and to fall in love with yourself. It's time to focus on the path we're going to walk after the new moon. The Capricorn moon is here to help motivate you to get things accomplished. FRIDAY THE 10th

The 8 of Disks plays itself at a strategic time in our lives. We've been dreaming, working on our manifestations, placing our intentions, and planting our seeds. Now it's time to watch our sprouts. Our dreams and goals have the ability to reach the sun. We must nourish them now, and take care of ourselves. I've posted helpful ways to maintain an emotional balance below. Awakening Soul

Do you have a familiar? I have several, I feel like I draw my powers from many different kinds of animals. Familiars are good helpers in many areas of your life, not just for magick. Mine help me cope with the heavy emotions. It's always good to have systems in your life to help cope with the trying times. For example, I also like to cut paper, meditate, and take long walks. When you're not exercising your emotions, energy can go stale. Relaxing is nice, but when your emotions are stirring up inside you, they need to be released. Are there suggestions from others that work really well? I've known people who skip stones, carve wood, paint, play music, clean their house, play sports, pop bubble wrap, exercise, etc. Keeping the energy flowing through your body helps your emotions work through your system and helps keep your chakras balanced. If you have anything that you think you want to incorporate into your life, but you keep putting it off, stop doing that. If you're waiting for your schedule to be perfect, stop. Go do it. You want to start running? Run! You don't need to wake up super early, or have clothes or even running shoes. Any effort you put into running is more than you're doing now. Do it your way. That was just an example, it can be anything. Working on an inner balance will help you prepare for the spiritual awakening that's coming over us. Feel free to add any favorites you have. I also like back bends and cartwheels, especially if I'm sad. They really open up my heart chakra. Find your outlets that let your emotions flow through you instead of suppressing them. You'll notice your intuition increasing and accessing your third eye will be much easier.

If you read this blog, or any astrology blog, you already know big changes await us for the upcoming new moon. Every choice and decision we make sets the tempo for the rhythm of our lives. Starting from the full moon, our choices have had BIG karmic impact on the direction we take after the new moon. I say this, because the Adjustment card comes up when we need to be reminded of such matters. The Jupiter trine today makes us feel like we can get anything accomplished, and it's a nice wonderful energy; we just might not want to get too carried away. Try to keep a healthy balance between work and play today.

Wednesday April 8

Today the moon moves into Sagittarius. It's a good day for focusing on tasks, and the cards would have to agree. The 10 of disks is not only about working on your tasks, it's about being successful at them and reaping the rewards! Go for it! You deserve it! Tomorrow is a much more social day, so maybe wait until then. ;^) The moon's transits are on your side today, keep working away at your goal until it feels complete. The 10 of every suit is all about completion. If it's not your work you're completing today, look for other doors closing. We're in a period, between full and new moon, that looking for symbols is important. Right before a new moon happens, often times, a lot of doors close for people. Naturally, when they close, new doors open. What is that going to mean for you? Maybe the Lord of Wealth will be bringing you these answers, because wealth is more than just money. It's our emotional resources, love, and happiness also. We feel truly wealthy when life is going well for us and we feel loved by others. IF the Lord of Wealth delivers a trunk of gold, a word of caution must be said. Hoarding money and not giving back when you are blessed will create a stagnant energy. There needs to be a constant give and take, otherwise you will no longer be given such luxuries. If you hoard your wealth, there will come a time when it stops flowing. Give back! Animal shelters, homeless shelters, anywhere that takes care of the forgotten can always use a donation. Keep a green stone with you today if you're hoping for that money to start rolling in! Go for a pink one if you'd rather focus on love, rose quartz would be perfect for that today.

Why a tarot card for each day?

You may have noticed that I incorporate daily astrology with my card each day. The astrology is what's going on around us that we can't control. It's how the planets are interacting with us and creating our emotional environment. The tarot card of the day provides help for how to deal with that environment. When I pull a card I shuffle my deck focusing on the date of that specific day. I fan out the cards and lay my arms out on them. I repeatedly say the date and a major aspect for the specific day.(For example: I just pulled for Thursday and focused on the trine happening that day.) A part of my hand or arm begins to burn and I know exactly what card to pull. Sometimes it makes immediate and total sense, and sometimes, like for Thursday, I have to think about it for a while. Each card provides a valuable tool from within us that we might not have accessed unless it was brought to our attention. I know, personally, it's easy to get caught up on tough days and emotional struggles. It's hard to find your armor sometimes or let go when someone says something horrible to you. I hope that my blog reminds you that you're unique with special gifts and all of your emotions, feelings, and needs are valid. I hope that my blog reminds you how to find your inner peace/warrior.

TA TA TA TUESDAY 7th of April

The Lord of Sorrow feels less daunting sandwiched between two snuggling kitties. Mercury is our active planet for most of the day, making today full of news and information. The 3 of Swords is all about disharmony. So be prepared for bombshells being dropped today, some of you are in for some drama! When this card is teamed with the 5 of disks, from yesterday, it usually means there are major decisions that need to be made, but we can't seem to make them. Which will be nearly impossible at the beginning of the day because the moon is void of course. It's important to trust yourself today. It might feel hard to make decisions, or hard to react to recent news, but you can. You're a powerful soul bursting with positive offerings for life. Trust yourself, respect others, and just do the best you can. We're still amidst rapid changes and there are elements in all of our lives that are slowly unfolding. It might feel nice to keep a bloodstone or hematite with you today. We'll come back to happier times soon enough. Take some time to relax tonight, without screens if possible.

MONDAY, MAWNDAY THE 6th of April

The 5 of Disks reflects off of the points on a star. This particular star is upside down, pointed at us. There are outside forces at work today, and they're brewing something that's hard to handle. It will cause worry, anxiety, stress, or sadness within us. Most likely your stress will be job or financially related today. There could be threats to your home or overall safety as well. Know that these things aren't true reality and the pain they cause within you is temporary. Giving in to the anxiety and worry welcomes those feelings into your life and will manifest them more often. Try to take the issues of the day in stride, knowing that tomorrow is another day with other things to think about. The Scorpio moon will have our emotions heightened and the Lord of Worry might feel bigger than life. But, it's you who are bigger than the Lord of Worry. You can take on today like a warrior! Feelings and news from the eclipse will resurface today, which could be a nice distraction from the earthly annoyances.

FULL MOON AWAKENING

The full moon has such a spiritual connection for us this month. If you're having trouble feeling that connection, it might prove useful for you to carry with you some crystals that specifically activate your crown chakra. In the picture I have amethyst, spirit Quartz, blue kyanite, and Quartz. Other excellent stones for awakening your crown and third eye are, but not limited to, moldevite (one of my all time favs), herkimir diamonds, and other indigo, blue, or violet stones. Why does this matter?
We're going through a deep spiritual awakening. Living life closer to your God/gods and further from your cell phone will improve your health, your loved ones, and your life. Look around you, watch others faces, stretch out your body (I've been specifically working on my back bends), and drink lots of water. Engage with your soul. You're here to grow and learn and teach, not consume; it's time we get our priorities in order. It's time for the second spiritual Renaissance! (Which will be April 18th, the new moon)

FULL MOON SATURDAY

Today the 10 of Cups shines over us as we enter a very intense full moon day. This card comes up when we are closer to our higher powers (whatever that means for you, for me it's the Goddess, it's Jah a Jah Almighty, it's the cosmos). This card comes up after times of struggle to open up your soul, to let you feel at one with the Universe. Step outside without a hood on and feel the rain on your face. Take a deep breath of the wind. Watch the Sun's reflections and shadows. Breath in life and breath out corruption. This card represents happiness and contentment with life. If you're not feeling that, know that everything is as it should be. Learn lessons from your hardships, strengthen your core, and toughen your armor. All is happening as it should be and more light will shine upon you on the new moon.

Friday's Card of the Day

The Chariot is a triumphant card. It's a symbol of a warrior battling through tough times and emerging victorious! There are doors closing all around us, and we must make choices for our future path. Our victory, if you choose to accept it, is exactly that, a choice. It doesn't come without effort or strife. If you put in the work you will see the rewards. The Libra moon is in full effect today, so you're likely to be confronted with final decisions and outcomes. Although the lunar eclipse is tomorrow morning around 8am and the full moon is tomorrow night, you'll begin to feel their transformative qualities today. Good luck out there warriors!

This is such a beautiful card. The Star is about metamorphosis and change. When this card rules the day we're reminded to stay focused on our dreams. Today's astrology isn't particularly on your side, but if you focus on your future it will be easier not to get hung up on today's little hiccups. The moon will be void of course all day, so try to stay as carefree as you can. The astrology of the day is just temporary, as we move into the full moon/lunar eclipse on Saturday. Think about The Star, think about what you need to do to be ready to move closer to a new age, a new way of thinking//living. We've been having a big astrological year and now it's time to crystallize our past and make room for our future. What are your dreams? The Saturday full moon is ripe for intention and the Star is here to remind us that we can have anything we want, it's time to manifest.

Guided Meditation 1: The Earth's Core

The Earth's Core is a stable place. It's the first of 9 dimensions and the center of our world. I've been grounding myself here, and I've really liked the results. It's been particularly nice with the heavy astrological transits that have been affecting us lately. I do this meditation every night to prepare for the next day, but the non-night-owls out there can feel free to do this in the morning. =^)

I sit upright, hands on my knees palm up, tall, and facing east. I make sure I can draw back my shoulders and expand my chest with each deep inhale. I shut my eyes, breath in clarity and breath out noise. Inhale peace, exhale chaos. Take as many deep breaths as you want, I usually do about 5 or 6. I pay attention to my heartbeat, I feel the blood pumping through my veins, I feel the pulses firing throughout my body, and I find a light inside of me. I focus on it and make it grow until I'm encased in the light (sometimes my light is white and sometimes it's purple. It can be any color for you, notice the color. Remember the color of your light.) I push my light through each layer of the earth below me until I can't go any further. Once I'm there, I remove the cube from my root chakra and bury it in the ground. After that I explore my surroundings and ask questions at my guides. (If you meet anyone on your journey, be sure to ask them their name. That information will be useful for when you return.)

The more I meditate, the closer I get to my Tarot deck. My readings are purely from my soul and I'm able to go deeper with more meditation. Meditation can help you in any aspect of your life!

April 1st 2015

The Divine is at work today. We're gearing up for a full moon in Libra, a lunar eclipse in Libra, and a new spiritual Renaissance on the new moon. Big Moon happenings this month. There's always something untrustworthy when the Moon card comes up. (Perfect for April fool's day) It's important to pay attention to the shadow. You may begin to realize that some things are not as they seem today, and this could be for the good, or unfortunately, the bad. The figures on the card are guarding a truth. It may be important today to show someone how much you care, and maybe a guard will be set free. Astrologically there are oppositions happening that make interacting with others challenging early on in the day, but that will change tonight.
