Here we have the Hermit once AGAIN! This card has been a repeating player over the past two months. Being from the Major Arcana, it's a sign that we are to follow our inner guidance. We are meant to be doing what makes us most happy, what makes us most fulfilled. If we are blindly going about our day consuming mass amounts of products for a false happiness, we are not listening to ourselves. Take some time today to make plans that better your future, and think about the future as a bigger picture. Since Mercury is still in bold fiery Aries, you should be able to tap into that energy and see some great progress!

Today will feel dreamy, but will fly by. The Prince of the Chariot of Waters is a complex card. The symbol of his chariot falls right in line with Mercury's latest move into Aries. Today we renew, refine, and regroup. The New Moon energy sweeps through us, altering our present and our future. This New Moon isn't playing games. It's here to sever karmic bonds of your past, strengthen relationships of the present, and build a bridge to a future you thought only lived in your dreams. This is a week to keep your eye open for opportunities, and take every single opportunity you're given. Even if it feels small, you will look back on it one day feeling thankful you did it. Our 8 of Disks likes to show up during these times of renewal to remind us that we are beginning a journey, not remodeling a house. These goals that we're setting for ourselves might have material payoffs, but that isn't what we need to focus on right now. Right now is the time to hone in on our feelings. So, save your money for another day. Heck, build up a savings account today. Stay focused on your every day feels. How does your job make you feel? What makes you feel better or worse? Kick out what makes you feel worse. There is no room for soul crushing experiences where we are going!

This week will feel like a recovery from our last three heavy rotations. It will be ok to do a lot of crying because you're building a true interior and getting out what doesn't want to live within any longer. With our New Moon in Pisces occurring at the beginning of the week, you'll feel that emotional watery pull until the weekend. By the weekend our Mars and Moon in Aries will charter us off as light warriors of our future. Until then, it will be a good time to get caught up on your reading or meditate. A good meditation for the week will be to shut your eyes and picture yourself and your surroundings as you are right now, then, picture yourself and your surroundings as you want to be. What road forms between those two versions of self? If you don't see it right away, that's ok. You have the next 4 days to keep trying!

With the upcoming new moon, this figure rolls in with a sense of newness. Now is the time to be planting seeds. Instead of focusing on what you don't want in your life, stay focused on exactly what you want. When doing any rituals or altars, keep your mind focused on the future. We want to create new footsteps. No more following of old patterns. It's time to break free! The Priestess of Demeter holds a symbol for balance in her hand and stands in front of an altar pregnant with the future. This figure is full of wonder and excitement for what is to come. We're being given a chance to look at everything in front of us and tell the universe exactly what we want to get from it. Now is the time to think of what is best for the group, not just the individual. This earthy energetic stays with us all weekend. She is accompanied by the Eight of Cups.

This card comes up at a pivotal moment in time. This card signifies a moment when people in a relationship (any, family, work, love, etc), stop talking to one another because of some type of disagreement. Instead of acting out of care and compassion, they act out of ego and laziness. A beneficial relationship doesn't need to go sour. It's worth working it out if both parties are willing to put in the effort. You will both feel stronger inside and your relationship will develop more trust. Our minds clear, and we're immersed in sunshine. It feels like the sun only shines for us, which creates obstruction and discomfort. It's grey all around us and dark. Today is going to feel long and challenging for many. Our patience will need to be in first command, as deep breaths are going to have to come naturally to us. If you have any lavender essential oils, you will need them today! It couldn't hurt to carry some rose quartz as well. As challenging as this might sound, it will be easy for you to access your light today. Like I said, our minds are clear. Today will be a good day to have tough discussions. People will have answers. With all of this astrological force, we have the energy to complete lots of tasks. Even if it feels like you don't at first, you will feel much better if you're accomplished today. This card represents Jupiter in Gemini, so even the smallest effort will have big results. A caution from this card: careful to spend too much time on small details. The many small swords crossing the larger swords indicate that it will be easy to spend too much time on trivial ideas and not enough time on big picture plans. Stay tough out there lovers!

Today we're seeing the wearing off of old patterns. We're beginning to take in the ideas of real control over our lives, and we're able to understand exactly how much power we have over ourselves. Today might just be the day you become your own drill sergeant. I know I, personally, have been telling myself I'm going to start going buti yoga, and I really am going to start today! No more excuses people. If you can make time for a binge marathon, you can make time for your goals! The Lord of Strife is Geburah's influence on the world. It's a difficulty with health, mind, relationships, etc. that's why I do this blog! The cards come up to be like, listen, shit sucks right now, the weather is gloomy, and you're not going to feel motivated. Instead of just being like, yes cards, you're right. I'm here to be like, NOPE! That's what they want you to do! There is no slowing down on days like this because we've got too much to do! We will harness our power and we will accomplish! When I shuffled the deck to pull this card, we had a jumper. Let's look at that now.

The 2 of Disks jumped out. This card flew in to solidify everything I was just saying. We are our own masters, and it's time for us to stop making excuses. Do. Do everything! Do what you want, what you've always wanted to do. Be the person you admire! You can! You are! The Lord of Change represents the motion of conscious energy. It's our will to make conscious change. When you don't act on your dreams or instincts, a stagnancy will build up in your life. It's a quick way to feel unfulfilled and bored. Here we see Chokmah, the great spirit identity, unifying the number 2 with the great hermaphrodite and organic matter. There are times when I think that the ancient idea of yin energy and yang energy limit us to our possibilities, but I don't have a fully developed theory on this yet. Know that, the balance of those energetics is here for you, so even if you're feeling run down, close your eyes and ask for energy from the well of source. This is here for you to make those important changes, even when your physical body isn't up for it.
